What we collect
The enquiry form on our Contact page asks for a parent or guardian's name, a child's name, a phone number, an email address, the grade being applied for, and an optional message. We do not collect any other personal data through this website, and we do not use cookies or analytics trackers that identify visitors.
How we use it
Submitting the enquiry form opens a pre-filled email addressed to our admissions team. That email is used only to respond to your admissions enquiry, to get in touch, share information about the school, and process your interest in registering. We do not sell, rent, or share this information with any third party, and we do not use it for marketing unrelated to your enquiry.
How long we keep it
Enquiry details are retained only as long as needed to process an admission and to maintain school records as required by education authorities, after which they are deleted or archived securely.
Your rights
You may ask us to confirm what personal data of yours we hold, request a correction, or ask us to delete it, subject to our recordkeeping obligations as a recognised school. To make a request, or if you have any questions about this notice, write to us at Info.gangaganj@jaipuria.school.
Children's data
Some of the information submitted through our enquiry form relates to a child. It is provided by a parent or guardian and used solely for admissions purposes, never for any other purpose without that parent or guardian's consent.
